I just bought a new wireless wii sensor bar but i can’t get it to work on my tv. It has batteries.

You don’t have to activate it – the "sensor" bar is actually just a few infrared LED’s. You turn it on by pushing the button on the top. If a blue light turns on, you should be fine. If not, check to make sure the batteries are installed properly.
If the blue light does come on, you can check the infrared LEDs but viewing them through a digital camera or video camera – they will show up white.
Is it plugged in? Do your wii-remotes work properly?
I would check the connection in the back where the sensor bar is plugged in, then try it. If that doesnt work, make sure that the sensor bar in in range of the wii remote (about 6 ft away). Finally sync the wii remotes to the wii for holding down the red button in the wii remote (take off the battery cover to see), and the red button on the wii console (a little hatch on the front of the console has the button in it). Hold down the buttons at the same times for 10 seconds
make sure u have EVERYTHING plugged in, and that u checked the censor settings…..maybe ur 2 close 2 the tv and censorbar…..back up a lil
