How can I unstick my wii sensor bar from the top of my tv?

the sensor bar (it has a wire) that came with my wii could be stuck to a tv, and i did. If i want to move my wii to another place, how should i move the sensor bar? if i forcefully remove it, will it break?
I don’t want to replace the stickies permanently, just a way to remove them harmlessly and then be able to restick them multiple times.

There is only two duable sided sticky tape on the bottom of the bar on each End. You can just take out carefully by pressure both side but not in center. Should be no problem. I don it all the time.
Well yea u have to force it off, i’ve done it like 3 times and it hasn’t broke, i think u have to slowly force it off cause if u just force it off i think it’s going to break. This could work but i never tried it, try getting a spray bottle with water in it and spray where the sticky parts are, it could loosen it up
Slip a dull knife along the bottom when you come to the sticky pads gently rock the knife blade up and down and it will pop off. Replace the sticky pad with a small piece of Velcro.
